I agree, Its quite laughable to see young Mongols donning the Nazi symbolism. Seems more like a group of misguided thugs needing a gang logo then filling in the gaps in logic after the fact.
Its a shame there is higher level support for these types of groups, Mongolia has enough issues to overcome without the likes of these troubled souls.
