Snowboarding in Mongolia is a great choice for winter travelers. Now you can enjoy the skiing and snowboarding just outside the capital city at the Bogd Khan Mountain, protected mountain range that lies in the south side of the city of Ulaanbaatar.

You will always have the snow for your snowboarding and skiing experience in Mongolia. The Sky resort employs snow-making equipment by Techno-Alpine. The snow is made and covers the slopes with the aid of 15 lances (snow guns) that spray snow along the ski slopes. They are operated by two fully automated pumping stations.

The newly opened ski resort provides several runways and two chairlifts. The recreation center offers coffee shop to warm you up in Mongolia freezing temperatures and they serve international dishes at their restaurant.

Most importantly, they rent skiwear, skis, boards and boots, everything you need to enjoy the snowboarding in Mongolia. They open from 8:30 and serves full light night skiing until 22:00 and have great lightning.
